Wow! Today was our first day back for the new semester. It was hard to come back after Christmas break, but once we got going today, it felt like we had never left. We learned how to use our area specific instruments. I felt like today ran very smoothly for our first day back. My goal for Wednesday is to use proper chair positions and to scale all 4 quads.
